Simply par-boil your potatoes (place in cold water, and bring to the boil. Boil for 4-8 mins depending on the size of your potatoes). Drain and cool, then rough up the outside of the potatoes with a fork, or toss around in a colander. Brush, drizzle or rub the potatoes with Grove Avocado Oil and season with sea salt.
Bake in a hot oven (220 degrees celcius) for 50-60 minutes, turning occasionally. For extra crunch, you can scatter 2 tablespoons of semolina over the potatoes after roughing up, before adding Grove Avocado Oil.

Cut large potatoes or sweet potato into strips or wedges. Place in a large bowl and drizzle over 2 tablespoons of Grove Avocado Oil. Toss to coat, lay on a lined baking tray and season to your taste. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees, checking and turning a few times.
